Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCab.ae ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nature of the Service

MyCab.ae is an online classified marketplace that allows users to post and browse listings related to the UAE taxi industry, including taxi permits for sale or lease, driver vacancies, and driver availability. The Site does not act as a broker, agent, or principal in any transaction.

User Responsibilities

By posting a listing or using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
  • Not post listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or illegal under UAE law
  • Not use the Site to harass, spam, or defraud other users
  • Comply with all applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws and regulations
  • Ensure you hold all required permits, licences, and accreditations relevant to your listing
  • Ensure all permit or licence transactions are conducted through the appropriate UAE regulatory authority

Regulatory Compliance

All taxi permit transactions must be conducted in compliance with the regulations of the relevant UAE transport authority (RTA Dubai, ITC Abu Dhabi, SRTA Sharjah, or equivalent). MyCab.ae does not facilitate or endorse any transaction that circumvents official regulatory channels. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their transactions comply with all applicable laws.

Listing Content

MyCab.ae reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice if we believe it violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate. We do not guarantee that listings will remain published for any particular period.

No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. MyCab.ae does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MyCab.ae shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction entered into as a result of a listing on the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on MyCab.ae that is not submitted by users (including design, layout, and text) is the property of MyCab.ae and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
